Booking Rapid Fisher II
A booking is secured with a deposit cheque of £20 for an individual or £100 for a full charter.
Cheques should be made payable to Mr Paul Smith.
Bookings are confirmed in writing with a receipt, together with an invoice for the full amount.
The balance is payable on the day of the trip – cash on the day only.
A deposit is only refundable in the following circumstances:
- The fishing trip is cancelled by the Skipper due to bad weather
- Customer gives at least 14 days notice of cancellation
- Under 14 days notice, Rapid Fisher II was able to fill the vacancy with another fisherman
Short notice cancellation of less than 14 days may result in the customer becoming liable for 100% of the individual fee, or 75% of the charter fee should Rapid Fisher II not be able to fill the vacancy.
Deposits are non-refundable for deep sea fishing trips & trips to the Channel Islands.
Claims against the operator will not be accepted in the event of his illness, vessel malfunction or act outside of his control, including any fishing bans which may come into force.
The Skipper reserves the right to alter the trip details at any time due to weather conditions, or local fishing knowledge.
